- Lead and manage a team of AR Callers to ensure high performance.
- Handle and resolve escalations related to account receivables.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and coaching.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims and denials.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle management.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
- Generate reports and analyze trends to improve collection efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience in AR Calling.
- Designation: Team Lead / Sr. Team Lead.
- Work Location: Hyderabad, Salem, Chennai, Bengaluru.
- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Night Shift).
