ACN Motors is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our workshop team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily mechanical repair and service work.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress.
- Ensure quality of repairs before vehicle delivery.
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues and guide technicians.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and customers when required.
- Maintain workshop discipline, productivity, and safety.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned jobs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of multi-brand cars.
- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a team and meet delivery deadlines.
- Must be currently living in Madurai.
- Must be willing to work at our Viraganoor or Othakadai branch.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on experience) Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
