Roles and Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation & Monitoring

- Operate and monitor mechanical equipment and machinery efficiently.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure optimal performance and detect potential issues.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components to restore functionality.

Installation & Commissioning
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of recent machinery.
- Support setup and calibration of equipment for smooth operations.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs, records, and service reports accurately.
- Report equipment performance, breakdowns, and interventions to supervisors.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Use PPE appropriately and adhere to permit-to-work and safety standards.

- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve issues.
- Support production teams by minimizing downtime and participating in overhauls or shutdowns.
