Maintain MIS records for all machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
- Monitor equipment utilization, working hours, and downtime.
- Track preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and repair activities.
- Maintain fuel consumption, mileage, and service records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Maintain records of spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
- Monitor statutory documents (Insurance, Registration, Fitness, PUC, Permits, etc.).
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Site, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure accuracy of operational data and timely reporting.
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements for better utilization and cost control.
