- Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field; Master''s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in plumbing and fire-fighting design engineering,



with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and fire protection systems, including water supply, drainage, fire suppression, and alarm systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- In-depth understanding of local and international building codes and standards
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or client meetings.

10-15years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above.
