Role & responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

- Understand client requirements for branding, fabrication, and installation

- Handle project planning, timelines, and delivery commitments

- Execution follow up.

- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installers

- Aligning with Production team, so no material dispatch without quality check.

- Track project progress and ensure timely completion

- Understanding Modes of measurement for making estimates of work executed at sites - provided to Accounts team for Billing.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Project Coordination (preferably in Signage, Branding, Advertising, or Retail Projects)

- Strong communication and client handling skills

- Robust follow-up and multitasking skills
