Role Description The Mechanical Engineer role at Naukri Pay is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Mechanical

Engineer will design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems, using CAD tools to create detailed models and technical drawings. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research and development activities, performing calculations and simulations, and supporting machine design and optimization. The role also involves preparing technical documentation,



assisting in project planning and execution, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

The Mechanical

Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support troubleshooting and maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply core principles to real-world problems.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and related analysis for components, mechanisms, and systems.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for modeling, drafting, and design review.
- Exposure to Research and Development (R&D;), including experimentation, prototyping, and performance evaluation.
- Project Management skills for planning, organizing, and coordinating engineering tasks and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications; familiarity with manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in office.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and safety regulations; experience in industrial or engineering projects is a plus.
