We are searching for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer interns to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and development of our next generation of robots. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring our robots are functional, reliable, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities Assist in creating and modifying 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks or Solid Edge under the guidance of senior engineers.

Support the preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.

Participate in prototype fabrication, assembly, testing, and validation activities, documenting observations and reporting design issues.

Assist in conducting design calculations, feasibility studies, and basic engineering analyses to support product development.

Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, production, and quality teams during product development and integration activities.

Support design optimization by incorporating feedback from design reviews, testing, and manufacturing teams.

Assist in creating and updating design revisions, test reports,



and engineering records while ensuring document accuracy.

Follow engineering standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines throughout design and development activities.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for product improvement and cost optimization.

Learn and apply industry best practices in mechanical design, GD&T;, manufacturing processes, and product development under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Skills Required Basic knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD. Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and mechanical design principles.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal, welding, and 3D printing.

Basic knowledge of materials, machine elements, and engineering calculations.

Understanding of BOM preparation and engineering documentation.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
