Role Description The MBA Intern will support strategic and operational initiatives that help grow aiadventures’ training and project delivery business. This internship role is based on-site in Pune City and offers exposure to both the education and AI/ML services segments. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market research, analyzing competitive offerings, assisting in marketing and outreach campaigns, and supporting business development activities with corporate and academic partners.

The intern will help design and refine program structures, pricing, and positioning,



and contribute to presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership. This internship also provides opportunities to collaborate with technical teams on project scoping, client communication, and process improvements that enhance learner and client experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong business analytics and research skills, including market analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.

Candidates should possess skills in marketing and communication, such as developing outreach plans, crafting explicit messages, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
