- Plan and deliver effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines, incorporating a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Teach math/science subject, covering topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, physics, chemistry, and biology, ensuring a balanced and integrated approach.
- Create and implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning, fostering students' scientific and mathematical skills.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.

2.Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field. A higher degree in the subject area is a plus.

- Proven experience teaching math/science at the high school level. Preferably with Grade 10 students would be an add on.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the curriculum standards and requirements for math and science subjects at the Grade 10 level.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software/tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and student-centered lesson plans and activities that promote active learning and critical thinking.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
