Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Materials Engineer role based in Raebareli.

The Materials

Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and selecting construction materials for roads, structural works, plumbing, electrical civil works, and interior/exterior applications. Daily tasks include conducting material testing and analysis, monitoring material performance on active sites, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. The role involves collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to optimize material usage, control costs,



and maintain quality benchmarks.

The Materials

Engineer will also support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of material-related processes across projects.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Materials, Materials Science, and Metallurgy.

Candidates should possess practical skills in Material Selection and application for civil and infrastructure projects.

Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;) related to construction materials and performance optimization.

Relevant experience with material testing standards, quality control procedures, and construction-site practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and material datasheets, and communicate findings clearly to project stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety compliance.

Prior experience in infrastructure or building projects and familiarity with Indian construction norms and codes is an advantage.
