Internship: Paid | Full-time Pre-placement Opportunity: Full time role based on performance Shapercult is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operations Associate Intern to support our growing presence across multiple marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, inventory, pricing, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities

Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across marketplaces.

Maintain listing hygiene and ensure product information is accurate and updated.

Track daily sales, inventory, returns, cancellations, and overall marketplace performance.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing, inventory, pricing, and operational issues.

Support new product listings, catalogue updates, and marketplace launches.

Track marketplace POs and assist with inventory planning and replenishment.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.





Identify operational gaps and support process improvements. Requirements

Strong interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, and online retail.

Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Prior experience with marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.

Candidates who can commit to a full-time, 6-month internship are preferred. What You’ll Learn
