Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Communications Specialist to support the day-to-day delivery of global employee communications. Based in Bangalore, this is a delivery-focused role within the Global Communications team, working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to execute communications that support hiring, employee engagement, and our employer brand.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys writing, creating, and delivering content at pace, and who takes ownership of getting things done to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Delivery

Write and produce clear, engaging content for internal and external use (employee updates, job campaigns, social posts, internal stories).

Turn briefs into high-quality content quickly and accurately.

Ensure all content aligns with H&MV;'s brand and tone of voice.

HR & Employee Communications (Execution)

Deliver day-to-day internal communications across key people initiatives.

Support the rollout of internal campaigns and engagement activity.

Upload and manage content across internal platforms.

Ensure content is delivered on time and to a consistent standard.

Talent Acquisition Support

Create content for live roles, hiring campaigns, and social media recruitment.

Support Talent Acquisition teams with materials for hiring drives and campaigns.

Maintain and update careers-related content.

Employee Engagement Activity

Promote internal initiatives, events,



and recognition programmes.

Support the delivery of engagement campaigns across regions.

Assist with tracking engagement and participation.

Stakeholder Support

Work directly with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Communications teams to deliver requests.

Support the Senior Communications Specialist with day-to-day workload.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

3–5 years' experience in a communications, marketing, or content role.

Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and simply.

Proven experience creating and delivering content across multiple channels.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Desirable

Experience in internal communications, HR, or recruitment-related content.

Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Familiarity with content management systems or internal platforms.
