About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Research Intern to support our real estate business through market research, field surveys, and on-ground data collection. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious about the real estate sector, enjoy interacting with people, and want hands-on exposure to market trends, customer behavior, and project feasibility analysis. Key Responsibilities

Field Work on daily basis

Market Research & Field Surveys

Conduct on-ground market research across residential and commercial real estate projects Visit project sites, broker offices, developers, and local markets to gather data Collect insights on pricing, demand trends, customer preferences, and project positioning Analyze competitor projects, offerings, and marketing strategies Data Collection & Analysis Gather primary data through surveys, interviews, and site observations Maintain accurate records of market findings, leads, and feedback Assist in preparing market research reports, feasibility studies, and presentations Support data analysis using Excel and basic research tools Brand & Project Research Support Assist in studying brand visibility and promotional activities of competing projects Support documentation of site branding, hoardings,



and local marketing initiatives Help identify potential locations, target customer segments, and growth opportunities Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to share research insights Prepare daily/weekly research reports and field visit summaries Update research data, survey findings, and observations in Excel/CRM systems Required Skills &

Qualifications Graduate or pursuing MBA / Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication / Real Estate Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel and work in field/on-site environments Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and research concepts Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and mobile-based data collection tools Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Exposure to Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors Knowledge of market research methodologies Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization Understanding of B2B/B2C real estate marketing What You’ll Gain Hands-on exposure to real estate market research and field analysis Practical understanding of customer behavior and property markets Chance to work closely with industry professionals Certificate / Letter of Recommendation (as applicable)
