As part of the position, you’ll work with the founders.

Shreyans Lodha: ex DE Shaw and MBA @ Columbia

Yash Mundada: ex SWE @Meta, Amazon, Hubspot, CS @ BITS Pilani About the position Lead RISE’s performance marketing across paid channels, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with full ownership of tracking, attribution, and optimisation. Focus on driving high-quality student and parent acquisition while improving CAC, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency. Location - Bangalore Compensation - Competitive Responsibilities

Represent RISE at schools, education events, seminars, and partner institutions.

Build relationships with school counsellors, principals,



and education consultants.

Plan and execute offline marketing and outreach initiatives.

Create and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Collect and publish student testimonials, case studies, and success stories.

Coordinate and conduct webinars, workshops, and on-ground events.

Work and ideate the design and content strategies to execute marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc. You're an ideal candidate if you have

2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or community marketing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with social media marketing and content creation.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable representing the company at schools and events.

Experience in EdTech or education is preferred. Benefits
