Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Marketing

Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote GFRP rebars to infrastructure, industrial, and residential construction segments. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing activities, coordinating with sales and technical teams, and analyzing market trends and competitor activity. The role involves creating marketing materials, managing social media and online presence, organizing events or trade shows, and building relationships with key clients and industry partners.





The Marketing

Manager will also monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning.

Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic design collaboration for marketing collateral.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and generate insights to inform marketing decisions.

Background in B2B or industrial marketing;

experience in construction, infrastructure, or building materials is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated project management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
