Position Marketing Manager About Albedo Albedo is a leading individual tuition platform offering high-quality academic support for students from KG to Grade 12 We are committed to empowering learners and educators with innovative teaching methods personalized mentoring and exceptional support Key Responsibilities Develop and execute result-driven marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead and mentor the marketing team ensuring high performance and accountability Monitor evaluate and report on campaign performance across digital social and offline channels Manage branding promotional activities and lead generation initiatives Collaborate with content creators video production teams and external partners e g vloggers Plan and oversee events campaigns and other brand-building activities Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness Report regularly to management with strategic insights and improvements Requirements Education Graduation and above Experience Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing roles preferably in EdTech or service industry Robust leadership and team management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Data-driven with a strong understanding of marketing analytics Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and strategic vision Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
