Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, awareness, and Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth for talent and technology service offerings.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns for enterprise clients, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and leadership teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead, mentor,



and coordinate internal marketing teams and external agencies.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.
- Experience developing marketing strategies targeting enterprise clients and business decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Solid analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Experience working in fast-paced staffing, recruitment, talent marketplace, or technology service environments.
