Role Description The Marketing Intern Remote role at Scrollwell is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The intern will support the marketing team by conducting market research, assisting with marketing campaigns, and helping develop strategies to reach educators and institutional partners. Daily tasks may include preparing promotional materials, coordinating outreach activities, tracking campaign performance,



and supporting social media and email initiatives.

The intern will also engage with prospective and existing participants, respond to inquiries, and help maintain high standards of customer service. This role offers hands-on experience in an education-focused organization and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with educators and partners.

Ability to perform Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development.

Interest or foundational skills in Sales and outreach activities.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Patna.

Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a full-time role.
