Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute hospital marketing strategies.
- Generate patient referrals through doctors, corporates, TPAs, and institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants and referral partners.
- Plan branding, promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Drive business development and increase patient footfall.
- Coordinate with internal departments for service promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead the marketing team and achieve business targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in hospital marketing.
- Experience with a reputed multi-speciality hospital is mandatory.
- Solid networking, communication, and business development skills.
- Ability to handle branding, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management is preferred.
