Role & responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential Guides (astrologers, tarot readers, healers and other spiritual practitioners) via calls.

- Deliver transparent, persuasive product demos explaining Divine11 Astro's platform, features, and Guide subscription plans.

- Communicate the value proposition, reach, income potential, tools, and credibility to convince prospects to subscribe.

- Handle objections, negotiate where applicable, and close subscription sign-ups.

- Guide onboarded Guides through profile setup, verification, and platform onboarding until they're fully live.





- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

- Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets.

- Share prospect feedback with the team to help improve pitch, pricing, and onboarding flow.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream); prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus but not required.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; comfortable pitching over the phone.

- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with rejection and follow-ups.

- Basic comfort with computers, spreadsheets, and CRM/calling tools.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of or interest in astrology/spirituality is a plus, not mandatory.
