We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and proactive Marketing Executive who can strengthen our brand presence and generate quality leads for our real estate and apartment projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, branding, and event coordination, with a passion for creating impactful customer experiences.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote residential apartment and real estate projects.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, property portals, and other online platforms.
- Work closely with sales teams to generate quality leads and support project sales targets.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and vendors for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage project brochures, flyers, banners, standees, videos, and other promotional collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and recommend improvements for better ROI.
- Organize and coordinate property launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain the company's online presence by coordinating website updates, social media content, and project listings.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate branding activities across project sites, sales offices,



and outdoor advertising locations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing communications.
- Support the sales team with presentations, marketing materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently within approved limits.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
- Perform any other marketing-related responsibilities assigned by the management to support business objectives.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or residential apartment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
- Experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and property listing portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with solid attention to detail.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
