Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, acquiring clients, and promoting our 3PL logistics and warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in warehouse space leasing/selling and logistics business development, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities and acquire clients for 3PL logistics and warehousing services.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.
- Promote warehouse space, logistics solutions, and value-added supply chain services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.




- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing within the 3PL Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industry.
- Proven experience in warehouse space selling/leasing and logistics solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in 3PL logistics, warehouse leasing, freight forwarding, or contract logistics.
- Strong network with industrial clients, manufacturers, importers/exporters, and logistics decision-makers.
- Excellent understanding of warehousing operations and supply chain solutions.
