Role Description This is a full-time Marketing Executive role based in Vadodara, offered in a hybrid mode with some flexibility for work from home.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s steel products and services, aligning activities with business objectives.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering customer and competitor insights, and supporting sales with targeted marketing initiatives and materials. The role involves developing and managing marketing plans, coordinating digital and offline marketing activities,



and maintaining accurate records of leads, inquiries, and campaign performance.

The Marketing

Executive will also collaborate closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders, prepare reports, and assist in building strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective marketing strategies.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams professionally.

Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Knowledge of industrial or steel products and B2B marketing is an advantage.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital marketing tools is beneficial.

Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
