Himalaya Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is a Vadodara-based manufacturer of plate rolling, bending, straightening and section bending machines, with close to 50 years in the industry and over 3,000 machines installed in India and overseas. Our customers include leading fabrication, pressure vessel, wind energy, shipbuilding and infrastructure companies.

Position

Summary The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing the company's marketing activities across digital channels, content, exhibitions and customer engagement. The role works closely with the management team, the sales team and our external marketing agency. It involves regular time on the factory floor and at customer locations, along with domestic and occasional international travel. Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate marketing content, including product videos, photography, customer testimonials and case studies

Manage day-to-day coordination with the marketing agency on digital campaigns for domestic and export markets, and report on spend, leads and performance

Maintain and update the website, product catalogues, technical literature and sales collateral





Manage lead records in Zoho CRM and coordinate with the sales team to keep enquiry data and stages current

Plan and execute participation in exhibitions and trade shows, including SteelFab Sharjah and IMTEX

Support customer factory visits, product handover events and dispatch documentation

Manage marketing vendors such as printers, videographers, stall fabricators and promotional suppliers

Track and report marketing activity against plan on a monthly basis

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial or manufacturing

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A marketing qualification is an advantage but not essential

Valuable written and spoken English, along with Hindi or Gujarati

Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, MS Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with any CRM

Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines independently

Willingness to travel approximately 25 to 30 percent

Preferred

Experience in capital equipment, engineering or heavy manufacturing

Experience coordinating video and photo shoots

Experience in exhibition or event execution
