Role Description The Marketing & Events Intern will play a key role in growing the Amendss brand through digital marketing, creator collaborations, and offline experiences. This is an on-site internship based in Gurugram, offering hands-on exposure to startup marketing, brand building, influencer outreach, and event execution. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating influencer and brand collaborations, supporting podcasts and community events, creating engaging social media content, conducting market research, and maintaining marketing databases.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with vendors, managing campaign logistics, preparing promotional materials, assisting in email and social media communications, and compiling campaign performance reports.



The role involves working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative marketing ideas, improve brand visibility, and execute initiatives that help Amendss become India’s most trusted relationship wellness platform.

Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and event logistics simultaneously.

Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace/MS Office, and basic digital marketing concepts.

Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and contribute fresh ideas.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment and collaborating with creators, agencies, therapists, and brand partners.

Prior internship, college project, or experience in marketing, social media, events, influencer marketing, or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
