About the Role

We are looking for highly organized, energetic, and ownership-driven professionals who can independently plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from start to finish.

This is not a desk-only marketing role. We need people who can manage everything related to an event, including planning, venue coordination, vendor management, branding setup, presentations, guest management, logistics, and on-ground execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple tasks, solving problems quickly, and ensuring every event is executed professionally without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

- Plan and execute dealer meets, distributor meets, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, training programs, channel partner events, corporate events, and internal events.
- Prepare detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and execution checklists.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth event execution.
- Identify event objectives and ensure successful delivery.

Venue & Vendor Management

- Search, shortlist, negotiate, and finalize venues.
- Coordinate with hotels, banquet halls, convention centers, exhibition organizers, and event agencies.
- Manage vendor relationships including:
- Printing agencies
- Fabricators
- Event decorators
- Audio-visual vendors
- Branding agencies
- Photography and videography teams
- Catering vendors
- Travel and transportation providers

Branding & Marketing Collateral

- Coordinate the creation of:
- Event presentations
- Backdrops
- Standees
- Brochures
- Product displays
- Invitation creatives
- Event branding materials
- Work closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery.

Event Execution





- Handle complete on-ground event management.
- Ensure venue setup is completed as per plan.
- Coordinate registrations and guest management.
- Manage stage flow, speaker coordination, presentations, and event schedules.
- Resolve last-minute challenges professionally.
- Ensure high-quality execution and brand representation.

Travel & Logistics Management

- Arrange travel and accommodation for guests, speakers, and company representatives.
- Manage transportation and material dispatch.
- Ensure timely movement of products, branding materials, and event assets.

Budget & Reporting

- Prepare event budgets and obtain approvals.
- Track expenses and vendor payments.
- Submit post-event reports with:
- Attendance data
- Event photographs
- Videos
- Lead generation details
- Event performance insights

Exhibition & Trade Fair Management

- Plan and execute participation in exhibitions and expos.
- Coordinate stall fabrication and branding.
- Manage installation and dismantling activities.
- Ensure proper display of products and marketing materials.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Management, Events, Communications, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in:
