Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role supports the marketing and sales team with daily activities such as coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with sales presentations, and preparing promotional materials tailored to the mining and metals sector.

The Marketing

Assistant will help conduct market research, track competitor activities, and compile data into clear reports for internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales personnel to follow up on leads.



The role also involves coordinating events or client meetings, updating marketing content, and ensuring consistent communication across channels.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with internal teams and customers.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, basic analysis, and reporting on industry trends and competitors.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, focusing on responsiveness, relationship building, and professional handling of client queries.
