As we prepare to launch multiple AI-driven initiatives across K-12 and Higher Education, we are building strategic partnerships with universities to equip students with industry-relevant AI skills while creating meaningful career pathways.

We are looking for a passionate professional to lead this initiative and help us build one of India's most impactful University Partnership Programs.

Role Overview The Manager – University Partnerships & Employability Programs will be responsible for establishing long-term collaborations with universities, colleges, placement cells, training & placement officers (TPOs), and academic leadership to launch AI skill-building programs, creator fellowships, internships, and industry engagement initiatives.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative role that combines business development, academic partnerships, employability, and program execution. Key Responsibilities:

University Partnership Development

Identify and onboard universities, colleges, autonomous institutions, and educational groups for INTO3's Future Skills initiatives.

Build long-term relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Heads of Departments, Placement Officers, and Career Services teams.

Present INTO3's vision and AI Creator Fellowship to academic stakeholders.

Program Development & Execution

Plan and execute AI skill-building workshops, boot camps, and certification programs.

Coordinate scheduling, logistics, trainers, and student participation.

Ensure successful delivery of university engagement programs.

Campus Engagement

Drive student registrations and participation.

Build relationships with student clubs, innovation cells, entrepreneurship cells, media clubs, and campus ambassadors.

Organize orientation sessions, AI awareness seminars, and creator workshops.





Employability & Career Initiatives

Work closely with placement cells to align programs with industry expectations.

Create internship and pre-placement pathways for high-performing students.

Build talent pipelines for INTO3's content, marketing, product, and AI teams.

Partnership Growth

Identify opportunities for recurring engagement with partner institutions.

Explore faculty development programs, innovation labs, hackathons, and collaborative research opportunities.

Convert one-time workshops into long-term institutional partnerships.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary relationship manager for university partners.

Ensure excellent partner experience through regular communication and structured follow-ups.

Prepare partnership reports and engagement dashboards.
