- Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering/Architecture. BMC licensed Architect is desirable.

- 8–10 years of experience in statutory approvals for real estate projects in Mumbai/MMRDA jurisdiction.

- Robust knowledge of MMRDA regulations, municipal processes, and real estate compliance frameworks.
N
- Proven track record of obtaining approvals for large-scale projects.

nSkills & Competencies:

- Excellent knowledge of statutory approval processes in MMRDA.

- Strong networking in Real estate fraternity.
