nExperience Required-

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solutions / Presales role (BPO/ITES industry)
N
- Experience in handling RFP/RFI responses and client presentations
N
- Exposure to solution design, pricing, and deal support is mandatory
N
- Exposure to digital transformation and automation-led solutioning.
N

nResponsibilities:

NSolutioning & Proposal Development

N

n
- Understand clientrequirements (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and translate them into scalable solutions
N
- Design end-to-end solutions covering process, technology, staffing, pricing, and transition approach
N
- Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial models
N
- Collaborate with operations, Recruitment, Training, Quality finance, HR, and IT teams for solution inputs.
N

nPresales Support

N

n
- Partner with Sales/Business Development teams to support deal pursuits
N
- Participate in client calls, workshops, and site visits to gather requirements
N
- Deliver impactful client presentations, solution walk-throughs, and value propositions
N




- Support negotiations and closure of deals
N

nPricing & Commercials

N

n
- Have an understanding of various pricing models (FTE-based, transaction-based, hybrid models)
N
- Ensure solution meets client expectations while maintaining profitability
N
- Conduct benchmarking and costing analysis
N

nMarket & Industry Insights

N

n
- Stay updated on BPO trends, emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics)
N
- Support creation of solution offerings and capability decks
N
- Contribute to thought leadership and differentiation strategies
N

nTransition Support

N

n
- Work with operations and transition teams to ensure smooth deal handover
N
- Provide inputs to transition planning and solution validation
N

- Strong understanding of BPO/ITES processes

- Solid commercial acumen and pricing expertise
