Description

As the Manager - Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our TECH-Digital Shared Services department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of talented professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of Camunda-based solutions. With a focus on the retail business segment, you will oversee the onboarding of SME, individual retail customers, and credit card/personal loan journeys, enhancing our digital shared services offerings.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the implementation and management of Camunda-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Drive the development and enhancement of digital shared services, focusing on the retail business segment.
- Ensure the seamless onboarding of SME, individual retail customers, and credit card/personal loan journeys, utilizing Camunda implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Camunda implementation and digital shared services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively,



ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Build robust relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously improve processes and systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a strong background in Camunda implementation.
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful technology teams, preferably in a retail business environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Camunda and its application in retail business segments, including customer onboarding and loan journeys.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in the industry.
