Why This Role Exists

Direct corporate business is our highest-margin, highest-conversion channel roughly 3x the profit of agency-routed deals. We already have a team covering event management companies. What we don't have is a dedicated corporate sales engine going direct to HR, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and Marketing buyers. You will build it team, playbook, pipeline, and revenue while carrying a personal revenue target of your own.

What You'll Own

Personal Revenue:

- - Carry an individual closure target from day one, opened through your own corporate network Personally lead conversations with CHROs, L&D; heads, Corp Comm leaders, Procurement, and Marketing teams at large accounts.

Team & Pipeline:

- - - - Hire, train, and lead a corporate outreach team over your first 612 months Design the playbook: segmentation by buyer type, messaging, cadences, follow-up discipline Run weekly pipeline reviews; coach the team to close Mine and grow our existing corporate client base as key accounts

Go-to-Market:

- - - Multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls, in-person) on our stack Apollo,



Dripify, Odoo CRM Represent Engage4More at HR conferences and industry events Partner with the founder on large strategic pursuits and annual engagement calendars

What We're Looking For:

- - - - - - 10+ years of B2B corporate sales, with 34 years leading a team against a revenue number An active, personal network of corporate buyers HR, Corp Comm, Procurement, Marketing — robust enough to open doors and deliver your individual target in the first two quarters. This is non-negotiable.

Experience selling services to these buyers: employee engagement, events, gifting, media, hospitality, training, or adjacent industries preferred A track record of building a sales function, not just running an inherited one Consultative, relationship-led selling — our deals are won on trust and curation, not discounting Based in Mumbai — office at Andheri East MIDC, walking distance from the Metro station; travel across India as needed
