We are looking for a Tech Services Engineer – Structures to provide technical expertise for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft structural systems. The role is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, airworthiness, and reliability of aircraft while supporting maintenance operations in compliance with aviation regulations and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations of aircraft structural components and systems.
Assess the structural integrity of aircraft and identify defects or areas requiring corrective action.
Support structural repairs, modifications, and upgrades in accordance with OEM guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Monitor the condition and performance of aircraft structures to ensure continued airworthiness and operational safety.
Maintain accurate technical records, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams and other operational stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve structural maintenance processes and implement best practices.
Undertake additional technical assignments and projects as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, or a related Engineering discipline (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.).
Experience
2–3 years of experience in aircraft airframe or structural maintenance.
Robust understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards.
Aircraft structure training or type-course certification will be an added advantage.
