Khanal Foods is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director – Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory planning, replenishment, warehousing coordination, forecasting, and operational execution.
Experience Required:
- 7 years in Supply Chain, Inventory Management & Planning
- Preferred industry experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning and inventory control
- Improve stock availability, fill rates & forecasting accuracy
- Manage replenishment and stock movement processes
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance & sales teams
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Build scalable supply chain systems and reporting mechanisms
Preferred Skills:
- Supply chain planning & execution
- Inventory optimization & replenishment
- Demand forecasting & working capital management
- Stakeholder management & operational excellence
- Team leadership and analytical skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related fields preferred.

- SAP experience
- ERP-based supply chain planning exposure
- Experience in scaling operations in rapid-growing businesses
