o Lead communication campaigns around policies and drive100% governance and adherence to On-roll statutory compliances.

o Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities & last mile delivery along with relevant stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle & Self-service matters like Claims,

Exit Clearances etc.

o Partner with Leadership team in timely communication and roll out of all employees related policies and ensure timely redressal of all employee queries and grievances.

o Ensure Robust processes and systems - Monthly Database and Organization structure management with complete accuracy.

o Adoption and usage of various policies administration, ensuring employee delight balanced with cost management.

o Ensure on time quality hiring from all sources.
