nMarket Research & Growth Intelligence

- Conduct market research across pharmaceutical, healthcare, AdTech, and digital ecosystems
N
- Analyze industry trends,



customer behavior, market gaps, and emerging growth opportunities
N
- Track competitor activity, product positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
N
- Develop market sizing and opportunity analyses
N

nStrategic Initiatives & Business Growth

N

n
- Support leadership in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
N
- Assist in developing strategic growth plans for new products, verticals, and partnerships
N
- Work cross-functionallywith Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on growth initiatives
N
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies
N

nPitch Narratives &Strategic; Storytelling

- Develop client-facing presentations, industry POVs, case studies, and market insight decks
N
- Create compelling strategic narratives and pitch materials
N
- Support RFP responses, strategic proposals, and leadership presentations
N

nCompetitive Intelligence

- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, messaging, partnerships, and product innovations
N
- Build intelligence dashboards and strategic trackers for leadership visibility
N
- Identify differentiation opportunities and white spaces in the market

nCollaboration & Execution

- Partner with internal teams to align growth opportunities with product capabilities and market demand

- Participate in brainstorming sessions around GTM strategy, positioning, and market expansion

nQualifications & Experience

- MBA or equivalentfrom premium institutes only

- 4 - 7 years of experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to synthesize complex information into transparent strategic insights

- Understanding of healthcare/pharma digital ecosystem preferred

- Good experience in using AI tools
