Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager - Quality

Job Location: Chhatral, Gujarat

Key Purpose of the Job:

- The Quality Lead will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations involving diversified water and non-water components. The role shall ensure product quality, process compliance, supplier quality assurance, statutory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving a robust quality culture throughout the organization.

Major responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS):

- Establish, implement,



and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001: 2018 and other applicable standards.
- Ensure adherence to quality policies, procedures, SOPs, inspection plans, and manufacturing standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Develop and monitor quality KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Manufacturing Quality Control: Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing lifecycle including:

- Fabrication and welding
- Pressure vessels and process equipment
- Skids and modular systems
- Pumps, blowers, piping components
- Electrical control panels and instrumentation systems
- Water treatment equipment and auxiliary components

Supplier Quality Management:

- Develop and implement supplier quality assurance programs.
- Conduct vendor qualification, vendor audits, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Monitor supplier quality performance through scorecards and periodic reviews.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions with vendors for quality deviations.
- Support strategic sourcing and procurement teams in vendor development activities.

Customer Quality at Project Site:

- Address customer complaints and quality-related issues through structured root-cause analysis.
- Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives.
- Minimize customer complaints, field failures, and warranty claims.
- Interface with customers, consultants, third-party inspectors, and certification agencies during inspections and audits.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure proper quality documentation and traceability records.
- Maintain Material Test Certificates, inspection reports, calibration records, welding documentation, and quality dossiers.
- Facilitate third-party inspections and regulatory audits.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Improvement and reduction in rework and rejection levels.
