To lead maintenance and engineering functions across hydraulic systems, mechanical presses, powder coating lines, and cement batching plants, ensuring high equipment reliability, safety, and continuous production with minimum downtime.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for:

- Hydraulic machines (pumps, cylinders, valves, piping)
- Mechanical presses (clutch, brake, flywheel, lubrication systems)
- Powder coating lines (ovens, spray booths, conveyors)
- Cement batching plants (mixers, conveyors, silos, weigh systems)

. Ensure maximum uptime and quick restoration during breakdowns. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major failures

Hydraulic &

• Press System Expertise

- Monitor hydraulic pressure, oil quality, leakage control, and system efficiency
- Ensure alignment, balancing, and secure operation of mechanical presses
- Maintain critical spares for high-risk components

Cement Batching Plant Maintenance

- Maintain accuracy of batching systems and load cells
- Ensure proper operation of mixers, screw conveyors, and silos




- Prevent material blockages and ensure smooth material flow

Utility &

• Infrastructure Management

- Manage compressors, electrical panels, DG sets, and other utilities
- Ensure uninterrupted power and air supply to critical machines
- Optimize energy consumption

Projects &

• Improvements

- Lead installation and commissioning of new machines/lines
- Implement automation and process improvements
- Modify existing equipment for better efficiency and safety

Team Management

- Lead and develop maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
- Plan manpower allocation across shifts
- Conduct training on equipment handling and safety

Continuous Improvement

- Drive TPM and preventive maintenance culture
- Reduce breakdown frequency and improve MTBF
- Improve OEE of machines and plant

Safety &

• Compliance

- Ensure safe operation of presses and hydraulic systems
- Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Maintain compliance with statutory and safety standards
