- Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Compliance Management: Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations and ensure clients'' payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.
- Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more, in a timely manner.
- Software Utilization: Utilize payroll software and tools effectively to manage payroll tasks efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions, changes,
and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Indian payroll processing and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Solid proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
