- Candidate must have knowledge in smart sourcing to use latest technology tools (AI).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of talent acquisition services.
- Conduct cold calling, headhunting, and reference checks to identify top candidates for open positions.
- Develop strong relationships with Management and Employees through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment cycle.

- Leveraged multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases to identify top talent.
- Conducted preliminary interviews to assess candidates technical proficiency, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversaw the full recruitment life cycle, from requisition through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conducted telephonic interviews to assess candidate skills, job interest, qualifications, and role understanding.
- Evaluated candidates based on communication skills, resume accuracy, salary expectations, and overall fit for the role.
