We’re Hiring | Manager – School Partnerships & Operations | Delhi NCR At Henshin Eduserv (Shazam Sports), we’re building something we deeply believe in — making structured sports and physical activity a meaningful part of every child’s education.

As we grow, I’m looking for people to join our School Partnerships & Operations team and work closely with me. This is not a pure sales role.

You’ll own school relationships end-to-end — from building new partnerships to managing existing accounts, project execution, team coordination and solving problems on the ground. What will you work on?

- School Partnerships & Business Development
- Key Account Management & Client Servicing
- Project Management & Operations
- Team Management & Coordination
- Current programme/product ideas and execution
- Problem solving and process improvement What are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience across K-12/EdTech, School Partnerships, Institutional/B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Client Servicing or Operations
- Someone comfortable interacting with school leaders and building long-term relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability




- Ownership and accountability — these are non-negotiable
- Comfortable with extensive travel and being on the ground

And there’s one more thing that matters a lot to me. You should genuinely love sports.

Ideally, you actively play a sport, have played competitively/recreationally in the past, or have experienced what being involved in sport can do to you as a person.

We believe sports build much more than fitness — discipline, character, resilience, teamwork, confidence and leadership, while contributing enormously to the physical and mental well-being of children.

If you believe in that too, you’ll probably enjoy what we’re building.

Location: Delhi NCR CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA, based on experience and overall fit

Travel: upto 50% of the month You’ll work closely with the founder, get significant ownership early, and have the freedom to contribute ideas rather than simply follow a playbook.
