•Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilization•Achieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent Metrics•Identifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings •Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics•Retaining high performers and replace poor performers •Take Care of customer Escalations and ComplaintRequired Qualifications and Experience
•Good experience of MS Excel•Positive understanding of MIS reporting and Audit•Excellent communication skills.•Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability.•Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
