Thrive India is looking for a dynamic and motivated Manager – Resource Mobilization & Programs to support program implementation while strengthening our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. The role will involve managing donor-funded projects, developing proposals, building relationships with CSR and philanthropic partners, and ensuring smooth program execution and reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the social sector who enjoys balancing both program management and resource mobilization.
Key Responsibilities1.
Program
Management
Coordinate and manage CSR and donor-funded projects from planning to execution.
Liaise with implementation partners, schools, communities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project activities.
Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare donor reports, impact updates, presentations, and documentation.
- Fundraising & Donor Management
Research and identify potential CSR partners, foundations, and philanthropic donors.
Develop concept notes, proposals, budgets, and presentations for funding opportunities.
Support donor engagement, meetings, and partnership development.
Maintain and track the fundraising pipeline and donor database.
- Partnerships & Communications
Build relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Support fundraising campaigns, events, and networking opportunities.
Work closely with the communications team to develop donor communication materials, success stories, and impact updates.
- Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain project documentation and MIS.
Track project milestones, budgets, and donor commitments.
Support impact measurement and reporting requirements.
Desired Profile
3–5 years of experience in the development sector, CSR, program management, fundraising, or partnerships.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
Experience in proposal writing, donor reporting, and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva or CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally within India.
