Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for US clients
- Review financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, KPIs, and variance analyses
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate audits and support tax-related activities with external stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing financial insights and recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and support team members while ensuring timely project delivery

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant US accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and real estate accounting practices
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Bill.com,SageIntacct or QuickBooks
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced client-facing environment
