We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead end-to-end procurement operations, including domestic and international sourcing. The role involves purchase planning, vendor management, inventory control, and import coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic & international procurement including imports (Europe, China, Southeast Asia, etc.)

Manage complete import cycle: inquiry, PO, advance payment, shipment, and customs clearance

Plan and execute procurement based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements

Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure adherence to Minimum Stock Level (MSL) norms

Monitor slow-moving/dead stock and implement corrective actions

Issue, review, and track Purchase Orders (POs) ensuring accuracy and budget alignment

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines





Evaluate vendor performance and manage approved vendor database

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, dispatch, and finance teams for seamless operations

Track shipments with freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation

Update ERP systems and manage item master data

Prepare MIS reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor metrics

Lead and manage the purchase team, ensuring performance and process compliance Key Skills Required

Strong negotiation & vendor management skills

Experience in international procurement & import documentation

Inventory planning and supply chain understanding

Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Excel

Strong coordination and team management skills Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in handling both domestic and import procurement

Strong analytical and planning abilities

Experience in team handling and cross-functional coordination

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
