Critical Tasks

1. Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with internal group clients, comprehending their business processes, and gathering requirements for automation projects. Forge and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Solution Design: Conceptualize end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, VBA, etc. ensuring alignment with client objectives and requirements.
3. Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive UiPath development experience, with a focus on applications like SAP, ARIBA and equivalent ERPs, and proficiency in VBA, Power Queries, and related technologies to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Uphold best practices.
4. Business Analysis: Scrutinize and document client business processes, identifying automation opportunities and efficiency enhancements.

Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures, encompassing bot orchestration, security, scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems. Utilize SQL, VBA and Power Queries for data integration where applicable.
6. Development Oversight: Supervise the development of automation workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and alignment with the solution design.
7. Testing: Strategize and execute thorough testing protocols to validate the functionality and performance of automation solutions.
8. Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
9. Training: Provide in-depth training and guidance to client teams and internal stakeholders on UiPath best practices and automation capabilities.
10. Support: Collaborate with support teams to ensure continuous maintenance and optimization of deployed automation solutions.

Educational Background and Work Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a techno-functional role involving RPA and recent-edge automation tools.
3. Strong knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and HR Operations.
4. Proficiency in SQL,VBA, Power Queries, and related data integration technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Project management experience is mandatory.
