About the Role

Integrow Asset Management is looking for a dynamic, analytical, and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the Partner on strategic business initiatives while supporting the firm's fundraising efforts.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business strategy, support capital raising, perform financial analysis, prepare investor materials, and work on high-impact projects across the organization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with partners on strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and execution of key projects.
- Support the firm's fundraising initiatives by preparing investor presentations, managing the investor pipeline, coordinating investor meetings, assisting in due diligence, and engaging with HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, and Institutional Investors.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and business planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Build financial models, valuation reports, investment analyses, and business cases using Advanced Excel.
- Prepare investment notes, pitch decks, management presentations, and strategic reports.
- Track key business initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights to support leadership decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications





- 3–7 years of experience in CXO Office, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Investor Relations, or Fund Raising.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, with the ability to independently build financial models, prepare valuation reports, and perform DCF, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to create investor-ready decks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- MBA- IIMs Preferred (Finance/Strategy), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
