Job Title: Manager Operations & Capability Building
Location: Gurgaon
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager Operations & Capability Building to handle geopathic correction work at factories, offices, and infrastructure sites. The role includes execution, supervision, testing, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing the capabilities of the operations team by conducting structured training, mentoring current recruits, and ensuring consistent implementation of company standards across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
1)Execute and oversee geopathic correction activities at client locations as per requirement.
1. Validate completed work and ensure quality and operational standards are met.
2. Coordinate with Operations Engineers and provide technical guidance.
3. Manage client interactions, site documentation, and reporting.
4. Design and conduct training programs for new Operations Trainees and Engineers.
5. Mentor, coach, and evaluate new team members during their induction and on-the-job training.
6. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals,
and operational best practices to build organizational capability.
7. Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline with a technical qualification such as a Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, or allied disciplines will also be considered.
Eligibility & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in site operations.
- Experience at infrastructure sites as Senior Supervisor or similar role.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good problem-solving ability
Compensation:
- Travel and allowances as per policy

- Ready for PAN India travel on short notice
