Role: Manager / Senior Manager Offer Development & GTM (Cigarette Business)

Location: Delhi

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact hybrid role combining Offer Development (4050%) and GTM Strategy & Execution (5060%). The role is responsible for building a strong innovation pipeline and ensuring successful market launches through structured GTM planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offer Development & Innovation (4050%)

- Identify consumer, category, and competitive opportunities through deep insights
- Develop differentiated product propositions and long-term brand strategy
- Lead product, pack, and communication development with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive agency briefs, creative development, and consumer validation
- Ensure cross-functional feasibility across R&D;, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain

2. GTM Planning & Execution (50%+)

- Translate developed offers into robust GTM and launch plans
- Collaborate with Sales teams for seamless market execution
- Monitor launch performance and optimize in-market strategies
- Track business metrics and ensure delivery against growth objectives

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
- 6–12 years of experience in FMCG / Tobacco / Consumer Marketing
- Strong exposure to Brand Management + NPD + GTM execution
- Experience in handling product launches is mandatory

- Prior experience in offer development + GTM roles (balanced exposure mandatory)
